A unique school where children can reach their full potential.

We strive to

At our aftercare your child’s well-being is of utmost
importance to us. The learners are collected from
their classes and are put in the capable hands of the
aftercare teachers.

Lunch time

Children bring their own lunch boxes, packed with delicious, nutritious snacks of their own choice.

Homework

Qualified teachers manage the allocated classrooms and accompany the group to their designated slots to do various interesting activities under their supervision.

There are no homework classes on Fridays. It is still the responsibility of the parents to sign off on their children’s work. The aftercare teachers assist in completing homework. If a learner needs to go to a sport practice, then the homework responsibility becomes that of the learner and the parent.

Homework slots:

Grade R – 2 at 13h00 – 14h00

Grade 3 – 7 at 14h30 – 15h30.

Etiquette and refreshments

Learners can enjoy fruit/cookies during late afternoon. Learners bring their own water bottles/ juice for the day. After homework they play under supervision till being collected and signed out by their parents.

The learners are welcome to change into civvies and to have a more relaxed afternoon after a long day at school.

Your child’s safety is of utmost importance to us. Learners must be signed out by their parents when they are collected. Every child must always be accompanied by a responsible and trustworthy adult.

Parents phone the aftercare number (072 657 5383) when they arrive to collect their children. The aftercare teacher will then accompany the learner to the gate.

Holidays

There will be no aftercare during school holidays.
